Terms of Service

1. The service

Docsfra provides a document AI platform: uploaded documents are processed into representations and derived artifacts (markdown, structured data, search, answers with citations and related outputs) accessible via API, console and MCP. The service is provided by Docsfra ("we").

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for your account, your users and every request made with your API keys. Keep keys confidential; rotate them immediately if you suspect exposure.

3. Credits and billing

• The service is billed in prepaid credits, consumed per processed unit according to the published price catalog.
• Signup includes free credits; promotional credits carry no cash value.
• Purchased, unused credits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Prices may change; changes apply to future consumption and are announced in advance.
• When your balance is insufficient, new processing requests are rejected until you top up.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you have no right to process.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights, including data-protection rights of individuals whose data your documents contain.
• Do not attempt to break tenant isolation, probe the infrastructure, or resell the service without a written agreement.

5. Your content

Your documents and the outputs derived from them are yours. You grant us the rights necessary to process them solely to provide the service. We do not use your documents to train models.

6. Availability and liability

The self-serve service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee; enterprise agreements may include SLAs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes are announced, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed enterprise agreement, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
